Raghuram Rajan, took over as the 23rd governor of the central bank

Raghuram Rajan, took over as the 23rd governor of the central bank on Wednesday , at a time when the country is going through a economic turmoil. On joining he announced some measures which evokes a positive response in the financial market. Among others, he announced that:
